Most of the hiring world is built for employers. Job boards reward volume, automated filters reward keywords, and the person actually doing the searching is left to guess what works, usually late at night, usually alone.
We think that is backwards. A search is one of the most consequential things a person does, and it deserves the same practised attention an organisation gets when it hires. So we built a practice that works for the candidate: researching the market around you, sharpening how you show up, preparing you for every room, and staying with you until the decision is made.
We are registered in the United Kingdom and serve candidates across the UK. Many of the people we work with are at the very start of their careers, where good judgement and good preparation change the most.
